Our Story
Take a Squat came about following a power disruption that crippled a small town for days. During this unplanned outage we realized the need for temporary office space. Office space with a backup generator to help you power through the unexpected. Space that you can rent by the day, week or month.
The Perma-Squat
For $100.00 a month, The Perma-Squat provides you with the business package:
- Cubicle of your choice permanently, Access to the private office (8 hours p/wk reservation required)
- 1 office chair
- 1 assigned personal locker
- 1 assigned file cabinet drawer
- Access to existing computer and telephone, (availability reservation only)
- His/hers bathrooms
- Break area, MW, Fridge
- Internet included (wireless and direct)
- 1 email account
- 1 US Postal Mail Box
- Use as much as you want
- 24 hour a day access via electronic keyless access
The Plan-Squat
For $75 a month the Plan-Squat provides:
- Cubicle of your choice
(First come first serve FCFS)
- 1 Office Chair
- 1 assigned personal locker
- His/hers bathrooms
- Break area, MW, Fridge
- Internet included (wireless and direct)
- 1 email account
- 1 US Postal Mail Box
- Use as much as you want
- 24 hour a day access via keyless access
The Mini-Squat
For $50 a month The Mini-Squat provides:
- Cubicle of your choice
(First come first serve FCFS)
- 1 office chair
- His/hers bathrooms
- Break area, MW, Fridge
- Internet included (wireless and direct)
- 1 email account
- Use as much as you want
- 24 hour a day access via keyless access
The Quick-Squat
For $20 a day, The Quick-Squat Provides a Single User (temporary use)
- Cubicle of your choice (First come first serve FCFS)
- 1 office chair
- 1 personal locker (you provide your own lock, availability FCFS)
- His/hers bathrooms
- Break area, MW, Fridge
- Internet included (wireless and direct)
- 24 hour access 1 day only via keyless access
The Work Space
Our Semi-Private work stations come complete with rolling desk chair, monitor, 2 power outlets, Wi-FI, and hardwire internet access. Fiber Optic Connectivity provides fast access and quick down load speeds. Cubicles available on a first come First serve basis. Monthly plan provides a permanent cubicle space.
Private Conference Room
Our Private Conference room comes complete with rolling desk chair, monitor, 2 power outlets, Fiber Optic Connectivity via WiFI or hardwire internet access. Conference Room reservations available.
Break Room
Break room provides access to a refrigerator, Microwave Oven and Toaster Oven.
Private Lockers
Store your personal items and keep them handy
Private File Cabinet
Store your work files and other paperwork in a secured drawer that only you have access to.
